HEY!
I’m Jess, and I’m the owner/cult leader/artist/earring-maker behind HEARTDECO, formerly known as NASTYBELLE.
I’m a born and raised New Yorker (Staten Islander, I guess) and I have a degree in Set Design for Theater. I’m 24, a lesbian, very short, tattooed, and I have two cats named Remy (Rembrandt) and Rhea.
I started making earrings when I was stuck at home during the pandemic, and it’s been a way for me to relax. I’ve been making and selling different kinds of art for about two years now, and I always try to donate as much as I can to organizations and charities I care about. Starting this whole cult has been …pricey… but I hope I can get back to donating soon. Help me grow my business so I can do that! And also buy more toys for my cats.

One of my favorite techniques is to draw tedious, repetitive designs using as much color as possible. I have always enjoyed creating - art class was always a favorite, but I began consciously working to improve my work around 2014.
Aside from crafting during the pandemic, I have began reading more (I love a good memoir), spending time in nature, and bonding with my cat, Tommy Muffins. Thank you so much for checking out my art!

I’m Courtney and I love shopping for fabric. I am the hands behind the cute little masks on this site keeping you safe from a worldwide pandemic. I am also a makeup hoarder and crochet lover. In my spare time I am either doing my makeup for funsies or crocheting cardigans and nothing else. That basically sums me up to a tee. I have donated over 500 masks to the pandemic this year and have made 2000+ to sell and donate over all. Might as well be a trendy pandemic , am I right? Stay safe, stay happy byeeee! (:

Before COVID, I worked as an audio technician in the NYC theater scene, but I've taken the recent free time to expand my painting and craft skills. I love working with my hands, so I paint and draw traditionally, macrame, embroider, and sew. I love animals, plants, and architecture, so those are my favorite subjects for my art! HEY Y’ALL! I’M THE GOLDEN SNIPS!
I started stitching as a portable way to create art. Sitting backstage while working a Shakespeare play was fun but slow. I chose to learn how to embroider as a way to pass the time and it quickly became a life of commissions!
